Statement of Work

This Statement of Work ("SOW") is entered into between Dostal Technology LLC ("Consultant") and [CLIENT LEGAL NAME] ("Client"), and is governed by the terms of the Master Consulting Agreement between the Parties dated [MCA DATE] (the "Agreement"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Agreement.
